We do proudly announce the release of the all new filler for the Funai[r], Claron, Bryce, Biscayne or HP645 (or compatible) products! We call it "Nemesys".
First time in history we managed to combine the filling processes of these products in one single machine!
We did our best to customize this product. Our major target was to meet the demands
of our partners!
Even the standard version of the "Nemesys" filler does process up to three
print heads / each cycle. Fully automatically, including the positioning of the bb´s.
The output has got increased by 80%/chamber, the quality is still state-of-the-art!
Please ask for optional extensions if you would target a higher prod. capacity..
The system is fully automatic, it does fill and seal the products.
We did manage to replace delicate parts by smart ideas. This system is most reliable!
This time, we do not offer the inline degassing feature as an option!
We do only accept max. fill quality - the inline degassing unit is crucial and
therefore - built in! Since February 2018 our degassing units are able to process even solvent based inks! -Down to a surface tension of 20 dyn·cm−1 !
