Release of the new filler "Nemesys"

Introduction of the "Pollux" degassing system

Our Pollux degassing system has got grown up in record time!
If state-of-the-art is not sufficient for your quality, you may want to use the self-monitoring option of the degassing system.
The Pollux unit is able to measure the dissolved O² content of the degassed ink continously, displaying the value on the screen of the machine controller and reacting according to the measured result.
It´s new PLC controller does provide 12 Bit resolution, instead of the 8 Bit before!

Based on a rock-solid framework, offered with a modular design principle!
The inline degassing feature is generally built in.
For the degassing of food grade inks we did comply with the requests, updating the bulk degassing system, which we did enable to measure the content of dissolved oxygen during the entire degassing process! Just believe it....

With effect from today even the inline degassing units may be delivered with FDA certification on request! First time in history!...
